Top 5 star hotel with over 350 rooms in Lancashire seeks a Reception*Service Manager with hotel experience to manage their busy front desk team and switchboard. You will need to have previous reception experience at a managerial or supervisory level. Reporting to the Front Office Manager you will be overseeing a team of staff, so good team leading skills, and a strong, motivated self-driven personality is required. You should also have good face-to-face skills, excellent communication skills and experience of working on a reception desk, including checking in*out, bookings and answering guest queries in order to understand and motivate your team.
